This is the question we are asked the most here.
This is for all 3.5.x and 3.6.x vB versions.
In order to have your postbit (profile) information on the left like we have it here at FAQ:
Log in to your ACP
Go to vBulletin Options
on the right, select Style & Language Settings
scroll down to Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template
select Yes
Save.
