iam admin on site ..actually we r team of 2 .
i manage the site users and mods and groups ..and some things in cp like creating sections .pormotion demotions ..editing installed hacks settings .

but i never come close to codes ..cuz im afried ..i wont messup with it .

my bro do the rest .installing the hacks and modifications skins .. u can say ..teachnical job is his .

we live in diffrent countries ..we didnt met yet .( face to face ) ..but we r good frinds .

i decide to learn all the things .wich he do ..cuz somtime i need to wait for him to install a hack or modify somthing for site .

yday i bought new pc ..and installed apachi server and created new forum for my testings .

now i will learn how to install skins and hacks from here ..and want to write it down in my siggi area ..is it allowed ?
will be proud to have that in my siggi .

my question is ..wich tools i will need often... during my learnings and will use it in the future on online site .

bare with me guys and ofcourse sisters too ...appreciated ur effort and hard work in advance .
