Mobile Browser Template?

Hi All,

A while back I seen a template that was really stripped down, devoid of graphics and such mainly aimed at cell phone users. I'm looking to install it on my forum for dial up users. The only problem is I cannot figure out which forum I seen it on, I check here and on the .org no luck.

Any ideas?
