i am the owner for my forum . so it means i am administrator
but i have a problem.... that i can't add user from admincp, add some moderator and do anything as administrator it always show like this :
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admincp/moderator.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
What is the solution .... i need your helps thank you
