Style issues

I have a new place I'm setting up.

Peggy made me the coolest style!

We have a fixed style and a fluid style with the option to choose which one for members.

Well, if you go to prophotogs.com/forum you get the fixed style but you can't get it if you go to www.prophotogs.com/forum, you would get the fluid style.
If you leave out the WWW you get the fixed.

We can't seem to find the issue of why it wont go to the fixed as default like I had it.
Why it wont change all together and why it's 2 different urls (one with WWW and one w/o WWW) that you get the 2 different styles (fluid and fixed).

I hope this makes sense.
Anyone here can help?

Cher, I get the fixed style whether I use www or not, doesn't matter.

I can't change to the fluid style in any case. It seems to be stuck on fixed for me.

also, you should always use www.
