Here are some realestate directories which are facing the music of yahoo

search4mortgage.com/ Indexed pages in google : 125 yahoo : 2
irealestatedirectory.com/ Indexed pages in google : 7790 yahoo : 2

These 2 sites are hosted in same ip 74.52.58.210 along with 644 other sites most of which deals with same theme.

So beware of hosting many sites in same ip , It is very hard to listen that yahoo music

I also believe that Yahoo bans. I had a site that when you use their site explorer it use to have loads of pages come up and then eventually it only had around 1 - 4 pages, which means they dropped over 99% of the site. I wouldn't call that a ban though, more a penalty than anything.

Sure they ban, and penalize.

But rarely do I see all the sites on an IP get banned. If that happens, its usually because all those sites use the same gray or black hat tatics, or whats perceived as such by the search engine.

If it's within ones capabilities, for three sites, that do have links to each other, does it actually help to have them one three separate IP addresses? I'd figure such checks extend out to the /24 or something (IP's "close" to each other) so 3 in a row wouldn't help, would it?
