Wouldnt send registration email to specific user...??

thanks for looking into this.

I had a user join my site today www.americaoutloud.org and they stated they didn't receive their registration email. I changed their email address through ADMIN CP to an alternate one provided by the user. They recieved this in return:



Got the e-mail but still no luck

If all else fails, email the administrator, making sure that you include your registered email address and username.


I then went in and put the person into the REGISTERED USERS group.


What could have made this happen? Also did I do the right thing?

Have you black listed his email domain?

No it was AOL.COM

Strange, I've never received that message even when a domain is black listed.
