Time in 24hs

Is there a way to set the time information in 24 hs format? I mean that appears 20:30 instead of 8:30 ??

This can be done through your admin control panel.

Vbulletin options >Date and time options

Here you can alter how both the date and time formats appear on almost every part of your forums. A full list of available options (from which you can use virtually any combination) can be found here (http://de3.php.net/date).
