I've bene wondering what the bext way to run a proper cron job is, one independent of user activity.
Do you just do a wget in a real cron job on the homepage on set intervals so this cron on its turn triggers vB's built in Scheduled Tasks?
If not, how do you make sure your Tasks get run when you can not rely on user activity?
