one thing more, I dont know abt it, but I dont want to authorize anyone rather than me to create a moderator. Like no moderator can give powers to another member. Can I know abt this?

Moderators can't give any "powers" to another member. That can be done only in the Admin CP, and only Administrators can access the admin CP. :)
