Little style help please

Anyone know where or how i can change this one little piece from green to blue? cant seem to find it anywhere in the images or code. see screen shot. This is on "Talk Stuff" skin from vBskinworks.

with a tip from my friend red matrix.........

ok its not visually in any of the css boxes.........

if i printscreen, open in photoshop, photoshop tells me its #50991F

so i opened "find" and typed that in, it found it in "pop-up menu controls"
as this in the "extra css attributes"

padding: 3px 6px 3px 6px;
white-space: nowrap;

border-left: 2px solid #50991F;
border-right: 2px solid #50991F;

so i added my blue there.........and it works! ok im all fixed up now.....thanks though guys.
