I have added one of each button without any text. So you can just create your own buttons if need be. I used the font Arial on the buttons.
Just right click and save as on the button color of your choice on the right.

what did you do with font as i used arial and cannot get it lookin the same, did you use bold or anything

You're looking at the blank images that Xhris attached so that people could make their own ranks.
