I want to know how can I do for my forum that the Thread tittle is in center of the page..like here I dont know if I was explained well but i am postng and the image...

Do you already have that on your forum and you just want it centered?

If you don't have that type of forum description on your site, do this:
First turn of the forum description option. Go to your ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Display Options -> Enable Forum Description... No

Then closely read and follow the instructions found here (http://www.vbulletin-faq.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8). Note the <center> </center> tags... that is what centers the description in on the forum.
