Where do I install these pics at?

Hi trey... upload them to your server, usually in the images folder.
Then go to your acp -> user ranks -> user rank manager -> edit

if you need to create any new user ranks for members, etc. click on add new user ranks.
Last step - don't forget to click the link that says "update user titles and ranks", then click the button on the next page that says the same thing
