New skin banner & whos_online.gif display

Hi, I loaded my first skin, and it went ok, but I am having problems with the banner and the whos_online.gif. Both are displayed as links, not the graphic of the image that is in the skin sample which are in loaded files. Maybe the buttons and all applicable images in new skin/style images are only in link for as well. :(

Can anyone advise please. :o

if they are def loaded and in the right place you may have no image cached in your browser

press ctrl+f5 to hard refresh, if not go to the specific URL and reload that way

http://www.talkdelaware.com/talkstuffbg/misc/whos_online.gif <---should be in skinfolder/misc for whos_online.gif
