Marvel 2 skin vB3.6 Help

I'm looking to add google ads to the right of the part that says "Your forum slogan goes here" but I have not clue how to. I'm really new to php and vBulletin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

What is the easiest way to edit the header so I put my site name and forum slogan? I've used png file before and they let you just select the text to modify them but I've never done anything with jpgs outside of just saving my pngs to jpgs for the web.
