I doubt you'll find one that will host a vB forum.

Webhosting is an excellent example of getting what you pay for. Caveat emptor.

Free hosting is fine if your just starting out, once you get bigger you may want to pay.

IF you're lucky enough to find a hosting company who will host a vB, they won't for long.
As soon as you start getting any kind of traffic, you'll have to either upgrade to paid hosting or find another host.
Either way, you're going to have to pay. Geeze, hosting is cheap enough anymore, why not just put out the $10 per month and get a good host.

Well, Free hosting is good for checking all the things, but if you're serious about that to use it, then its totally wastage of time. They have a lot of problems. You should experience them at your own. The two I know are
http://zendurl.com
http://freehostia.com
Having a similar config as you require.

Regarding a monthly hosting plan, you can register at GoDaddy.com, they offer a plan with 5 GB space, 250 GB Monthly transfer, 10 SQL DBs. Charge only 4.95/mo
