Skin help!

hey everyone, i need help with my forum skin (lol). i am working on speedcameras dot com, but i cannot figure out how the forum should look, i like the clean design of this forum, i have designed the header of my site (on paper) i just need a logo and a nice looking forum skin.

I think you should have red, green and yellow lights like a traffic signal with eyeballs in the center of them and run with that. Of course that whole page background should be a washed out traffic ticket. The forum colors playing of off traffic signals. The icons off of eyeballs, traffic signals, and over statement of a huge cartoon guy with huge eyeballs standing over a little car going by and eyballing the car.

I dunno, sounds fun to me.

actually that sounds cool. but i am like stevie wonder when it comes to imagery, i only just learnt to build a website.
