Can Someone Please Help Me???

Hello Everyone,

I'm opening a vbulletin forum for a church organization. I've been searching online for some to create a skin I had in mind, nothing fancy. I can't find anyone. If you folks know someone who would be able to help, please send them my way. I'm not looking to spean a billion dollars, just something simple and decent, maybe a little side-job for some folks? Please note there is a cost budget.

I appreciate your help. Since you are better at this than I, Let me ask your opinion.
Here are the links;

This first link I thought of replacing the pictures in the 6 boxes with other pictures, and adding forum name. I can get the complete size picture for link one.

Second Link, I thought they could expand this picture, or blend it into another design, and place at very top.

Well I preferably like the first. I have the file with the larger picture. I would like to add different photos to those 6 miniature boxes. If you can do this let me know and I'll place the order with you. I await your response.:wave:

Unfortunately, I'm booked for at least a week with 2 custom skins.
Ummm.. I've never done anything like what you're asking, before. I'd be willing to give it a try, but no guarantees.
