WOW that's bright... I like it!!
I'm not real happy with how the Quick Reply overlaps the design circle thingee... I'd rather see Q-Reply.
On the multiquote buttons, I'd like to see the - and + a little larger.
The edit button... the word edit is a little too far to the left, not centered on either the button, nor between the design circle thingee and the edge of the button.

So other than those things... good job!
