Send PM to Users

Hello,

I am looking for a "Send PM to Users" that works the same or similar to "Send e-mail to users". I am having crazy troubles with @hotmail.com accounts and hotmail not wanting to play nice because of my poker content apparently even though I have good e-mail practices, worked with the abuse dept, filled out all their bulk mailing forms and provided all sorts of requested info. They ran me through lots of hoops and I still can't send e-mail to them. Sending through my ISP servers is lame (even though that's me too ;)). I would like to PM all members with a @hotmail.com account, tell them to change their e-mail address, and ban @hotmail.com users fro registering in the future. How can I send the PM's? Thanks!

Hrm, thinking about this for 3 extra sends I guess I can send a test e-mail, sort what I need out of that output, create a ; delimited list of screen names, jack up the number of PM's that administrators can send at one time, and feed that list into one big bulk private message to members. There much be a plugin that supports this and will leave the feature there for me to use in the future for special occasions like wanted to send everyone a reminder for a calendar event a few hours before it starts. :)
