Custom Skin Needed

Who's up to the challenge of working with me on a custom skin for a new site of mine?

I'm easy to work with, don't really know much about graphics but I know why I like, and am cheap.

T2C the style chooser is not changing to your other styles.

Ya its all messed up, cant do anything in my acp either, looks like ill be reinstalling later.
