What is the site about (theme)?
Scorechase is a portal designed and managed to help people who want to ace the GMAT and pursue a career in Buisness Administration (http://www.scorechase.com). The tutors/presenters/moderators comprise of people who have already aced GMAT and/or are attending top b-schools in the United States. Currently apart from FREE forums to seek guidance and ask questions, we provide the following services:
• GMAT GoldSeekers (http://www.scorechase.com/vb/showthread.php?t=765) – Under this monthly membership, our members get access to a bank of GMAT practice Verbal and Quantitative questions. Our tutors understand the subject concepts and have a in-depth perspective on how the to handle these concepts. Our tutors also provide official answers and explainations to all questions posted under GoldSeekers. Our students have shown remarkable improvement after having solved such questions. We have an impressive list of achievers who have all scored in excess of 94th percentile on their GMAT.
• GMAT Private Tutoring (http://www.scorechase.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1440) – Our tutors provide one-on-one tutoring for students who need personal tutoring services. At a fraction of the cost, our tutors provide tutoring on each individual topic under the Verbal and Quantitative sections of the GMAT
• MBA Essay Review and Editing (http://www.scorechase.com/vb/showthread.php?t=766) – Our editors exclusively works on our client's essays to b-schools. Our reviews are personal enough to provide insights on specific schools to which our client wishes to apply to.
• Mock Interviews – Our admission consultants conduct staged interviews for our clients who interview with various b-schools in United States and Europe. Our network enables us to reach out to various current students at such schools and provide up to date information to our clients. Apart from the general interview preparation, we strive to provide our clients with an edge over the competition by providing them school specific inputs directly from current and alumni network of students.
As we progress, we want to make ScoreChase a one stop shop for our clients' GMAT and MBA application journey.
How did your forum get started / Why did you start it?
Finding the information regarding GMAT/MBA very thinly scattered around the internet, ScoreChase was started to address all queries and concerns that members have. We decided to offer professional help to our members on all aspects of GMAT preparation and MBA application process.
The idea was to bring together a global community of similar goals and learn from each other. A very important part of pursuing MBA as a career is "networking", Scorechase server the exact purpose for future MBAs to build their network to further their careers.

Our uniqueness is in that each of our tutors have taken the GMAT and aced it, unlike other tutoring sites, tutors at ScoreChase are GMAT achievers. Our admissions consultants are themselves either students or alumni at top b-schools. This makes our team at ScoreChase a truly unique one in that we all have first hand experience on each and every service we offer to our clients. A vast network that spawns across United States and European b-schools is another unique aspect of ScoreChase.
The current products our research team is working on are state of the art and would be first of its kind when we release them by September 2007.
