Need some help here.

Someone please help me here. Im trying to upgrade my forum, but in a wierd way. What i want to do is install a fresh 3.6.8, then import my members/posts/threads. Im using Impex. And its not going very well, when I import all the forum are out of order, it says there are no registered members. Please someone write a quick guide on how I do the is correctly.:(

Oh and when I import phrase it says : failed phrase not impleted duplicate key

I have never used impex, but if you havent got a lot of hacks installed, the best way is to open a ticket with Vbulletin.com . Although the first few responses are like:
Make sure you have removed all hacks
Make sure you are using default-skin

if you provide all the information before hand and remove all the hacks, they can quickly help you out.
