Can't Upload Attachments

Every time I try to upload an attachment I get this "Your file of 876.8 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 97.7 KB for this filetype.
I checked to see in User Group and the Attacment size is set to 0 so there are no limits and my PHP Maximum Upload Size is set to 50.00 MB so what is the problem?

Dunno, the attachment sizes are different for each file type (on mine anyway). Possibly the 'wrong' file type?

I just had to add a bunch of 0's after the 10000 but the max I can get is 4.00 MG, is there a way to get more?
