Change Super Modeator permissions?

I'm promoting one of my members to Super Moderator but don't want them to be able to Prune threads from the ModCP.

Is there a way I can change what they have access to in the ModCP as you can for Admins?

EDIT - I got this, but would like to allow them to Ban Users, but not IP addresses.

Is this possible?

usergroups > Administrator Permissions > Can Administer Users , set to yes ,, other permissions as u want.
