This is a mod that I will find useful myself. I find myself editing things such as signatures frequently enough to find this helpful. You can control what usergroups have the permission to use these options as well as what usergroups they can be used upon.

As you can see, vBulletin FAQ has upgraded to vBulletin 4.0.

This is perhaps the most controversial version of vBulletin to date. I read complaints about it everywhere. Basically, the complaints boil down to one of two different catagories. 1. Price and 2. Lack of new functionality.
