First off, I have a brick and mortar business, and I'm contemplating going online with it. I browsed several books on the subject of Ebay selling, and chose this one - I'm glad I did. Several books are about Ebay generally - how to buy AND sell. Most have general advise about business - bookkeeping, inventory. When you take those factors into consideration, some of them only have a quarter of the book about selling, and then it's too general, anyway. This one has meat - he gets down to the details of how to set it all up effectively. Setting up the actual site, promotion, some run down on the Ebay tools and features. He also has several featured sellers, and profiles of them and how they made it happen, and quite a few URLs of contacts for research and tools. The word "Tricks" is actually just a device to lay out major thoughts - he doesn't pretend they are tricks, just good practice. Good book....
