 Good content but physically unwieldy
The content is good however this book is physically about 50% larger and heavier than it needs to be. Was this book written to accommodate aging managers with poor eyesight? This book gives me a backache. I will never purchase another book from this publisher again.
 Project Team manual for Project Server 2007
There are many aspects to setting up a PMO within an organization. The most impacted are the users and team members. If done properly, a PMIS (Project Management Information System) will be easy to and the team will get a lot out of it. This book is a must have manual (and training manual) for those who have project server 2007 installed. The book has great explanations, and step-by-step examples of how to do many of the tasks for maintaining project management data.
