1. Is there a way to read user's PMs to each other, either through the web interfaces or through the backing MySQL database? Sometimes a user on our forum sends messages to our users marketing to them.

2a. Is there a way to prevent PMs from having URLs or email addresses in them?

2b. How about not preventing it but being notified when it happens? Or could you just manually run queries on the backing MySQL database to check for this?

3a. Is there any way to set a limit on the number of PMs sent by a user in a given period of time, or in total?

When we go to trace a users IP address this comes up.



At the top it says

Now, before our server change we were having those sorts of issues on the main forum all the time. Now, it is simply when trying to check IP addresses, which is a pain in the butt.
