I don't know much about VPS, but am thinking of upgrading because I keep running out of disk space and bandwidth with my current host in a basic hosting platform.

Can you help with the following:
- What kind of performance improvements can I expect (looking at VPSMtx or VPSLtx)
- How hard/easy is it to transfer my vb forum to a new host?
- Any particular comments on Knownhost support? Are they reachable anytime by email?
- Any thing else I need to consider?

I'm nervous about making a switch, but my current provider is increasing my fees and I don't think I'm getting as much for my money as I would elsewhere.
