Start a thread on Banning a USer

I am looking for a hack which starts a new thread when a user is banned, infraction is given or a post is reported. I trid searching it on vb.org but could not get. Can someone please link me to that thread? I am using 3.7

I have vB set up to start a thread when an infraction is given........Admin CP>vB Options>User Infractions and Post Reporting Options. I suppose you could give them an infraction to start a thread and then ban them.

We have never used ours. Most of our issues are spam bots, and once we installed Noppid's Stop the Bots, we have not had one issue with Sam Bots.
