    VB 3.8 htnl page with header and footer

    I have been searching this site for hours and can't find a real solution on how to easily build pages for my forum that I can insert html into the center or body of the page while keeping the forum header, nav bar and footer alive?

    Can anyone tell me a shurfire way to do this?
