Thread Hover Window

I've been searching for a while to find a way to change the mouse hover thread preview window to show the last post and not the first one. Is there a mod for this or perhaps it's a simple code change?

Day 4 - No one has replied to my SOS in a bottle. I wonder how long I will be stranded here on a desert FAQ vBulletin island without knowing how to change the thread hover function. Deleria is starting to take effect.
