I'm currently searching for a forum partner for my website design & development community.

You must be interested in the niche, dedicate time to the forum and must have a vBulletin 4.0 license which can be used for the forum.

I already have a top level domain name ( indexed on search engines for popular keywords to the forum's niche ) which can be used and HostGator hosting.

You'd help me manage the forum as an administrator if you allow me to use your vB 4.0 license & you can place Google ads on the header of the forum to make some money if you want. ( nothing too messy )
