Speaking as a true Vbulletin lover, I have always been looking for interesting themes for this forum script. Frankly speaking, there is not that many themes out there, but you can still find some good ones, if you want to style your website pretty well (and of course for free).
Anyways, I have stumbled upon one great free theme for Vbulletin, which is called BB-blue and has a pretty attractive layout. As for me, this theme could be applied almost to any web community (you can even create your own custom logo, free of charge, by using a PSD file, which is included in this theme’s installation folder).
Anyways, BB blue doesn’t look like a regular theme for Vbulletin, it is a top class template, which is available for free, for anyone !.

If you upgrade to version 4.06 you will find a very usfull style generator now built in to the admin cp you can add a style as a child forum for one you already have that you would like in all sorts of colors or you can create a new style...
