Use Word Censor Function in Chat

My forum has just recently moved from phpBB to vB 4.0.5. I'm helping integrate AjaxChat with it. I had been using the phpBB word censor. I'd like to do the same with vB. Is there a function I can call from my chat? If this is for "licensed" only (I'm a helper and can't contact support) is there a link I can point the forum owners to?

Also, as I'm trying to get the community used to vB, is there a skin that makes it like phpBB's ProSilver skin?
