Im here cus i cant sen to get some straight answers from anywhere to change the bg in my forum.
No one is telling me anything how are we supoce to learn how to change a skin/theme if i cant seem to find any css?
and not even the ridiculous style manager of vbulletin is working.

please some one help me!
