Need some basic help

Hello,

Brand new to being a forum admin. I got these permissions on my forum because I need to be able to add new forums and change our banner ads around. Our so called admin is barely existant anymore, and doesnt answer questions the best, so I find myself here.

I am not sure I even have the correct permissions. It doesnt seem that I do. We are on 4.1.1. When I log into my admin account, I have the following categories available. What do I need to do to get started, or what do I need to request access to? Thanks!
