    How do I post an announcement that everyone on the forum has to view

    My friends and I own a fansite for a game, and we were wondering how do you post an announcement that all the users on the forum has to view? Like it will say, blah blah blah the administrators want you to view this thread click here.

    How do you do this?

    That would be a custom hack you would find at vB.org...


    Personally, I would send everyone a PM....
