How to open new category..

So e need some advice where can i find this option to add a new category..

Suuuuuure -

Login to ACP > go to Forums and Moderators > click on Add New Forum.
If you want this to be a Category - Scroll down to Posting Options, and where you see Act As Category, click NO. Save

I think that's Act as Forum - set to No - and save.
