LeapFrog Toys

LeapFrog was founded in 1995 by Michael Wood after he discovered that there were no toys available to help his son learn phonics. As part of its mission to encourage a lifelong love of learning in children and adults, the company develops fun, interactive, and educational toys. In its first nine years, LeapFrog has earned more than 300 awards for its innovative products.

Cool Toy World finds the newest kids toys and games on the market, you can compare prices and read reviews. We list toys by categories and by brands to make searching easier. You will find toys and games for all children and all age groups, such as: baby, toddler, boy, girl, and teen. We strive to select the best quality toys, games, and activities that have a lasting value and that add to a child's learning and social development.

Product Reviews:

LeapStart Learning Table by LeapFrog
This is a happy, noisy toy that should amuse most toddlers. Everything that can be touched reacts in some way, from a trombone-playing frog to a book that sings the alphabet. Our favorite is the colored keyboard that sings each color you press.

Baby Tad is a wonderful interactive toy that makes early learning fun and easy. Baby Tad (short for tadpole) helps your preschooler learn shapes, colors, activities, and songs. When your little one presses a colored light-up button, Tad identifies the color and shape indicated on the button.

My First LeapPad
LeapFrog's range of educational toys is exceptional, and this interactive flipbook really has that "wow" factor. In the box it looks like an innocent book, but once assembled it provides absolutely hours of entertainment with a preschool teaching focus.

Come on, vamonos! Your child can team up with Dora and Boots as they lend a hand to reunite a lost little bird with her mother. But they must be careful of Swiper the Fox. Part of the Preschool Discovery series, "Dora the Explorer to the Rescue" teaches story comprehension, and character comprehension.

Roll & Rhyme Melody Block by LeapFrog
The tactile activities on each side of the Roll & Rhyme Melody block encourage baby to play, while each tumble and turn introduces world music, rhythms, rhymes, animal names and colors! Tip the block to hear six different songs and world rhythms!

Telephonics
"Hi, we can't come to the phone right now; we're too busy playing with Telephonics." A sturdy plastic speakerphone contains push buttons for the 26 letters. Slide the switch and start by pressing any letter.

Disney Princess Laptop by LeapFrog
LeapFrog is well known for their interactive learning toys and now they've paired with Disney for a princesses' tour of language and math. Cinderella and Belle will help guide your child through various learning activities, such as: letter hunt, spelling games, addition and subtraction games, and number find. Both Belle and Cinderella tell jokes, sing songs, and are generally encouraging with sweet and cheerful voices.
